Most orders are shipped within one or two business days. Delivery would take two to seven business days, depending on destination.
Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders unless agreed. Standard shipping method is ground shipping however should you request to expedite your order; an arrangement could be made and Express Service charges will apply. All orders located within 200 miles of Chicago will be shipped free of charge.

Please inspect the parts immediately when you receive your order. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the driver. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the supply. NO EXCEPTIONS. To file your damage claim please contact the shipping company's claims department.

If your order is going to take longer than five business days to complete, you will be properly notified by phone or email The order can only be cancelled after placing by calling 1-800-762-3038, provided the cancellation was made before goods are shipped. We will make every effort to cancel your order prior to shipping. If the order has already been shipped, you must go through the return process and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refusal of the shipment from the carrier will cause a two-way shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.

All merchandise sold by Best Value Auto Body Supply is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise.
· All other accessories are subject to a 30-day warranty, light bulbs 90 day. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
· Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to Best Value Auto Body Supply, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.
· No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
· No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused by the product to any persons or your vehicle. Use it at your own risk.
· We highly recommend that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle. We are not responsible if your car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim.

1. All returns / exchanges must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative within 15 days of delivery.

2. No returns will be accepted if the product has been opened from original packaging and has been used. No returns will be accepted after 21 days of receipts, ALL returns will be subject to a service charge of 20% restocking fee. This fee covers our shipping and handling along with processing fee's.

3. All special order items are non-returnable

4. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / pick ticket.

5. Parts must be in new, resalable condition, and in their original packing. NO PAINTED OR OTHERWISE ALTERED PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED.

6. REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer who refuses delivery of an order will be required to pay the additional return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders are shipped.

Wrong items must be reported immediately upon delivery, no exceptions. Although we do our best to get the right part next day to you, unusual mistakes can happen. If we ship the wrong part, we will send you a call tag for returning the part and replace it. Please call 1-800-762-3038. The replacement part will be shipped the same way the original order was sent and only upon receipt of the wrong item from the purchaser.
